WELLINGTON OLUOCH OMORO

It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our patriach, Mzee Wellington Oluoch Omoro “Kwaru” which occurred on Saturday, 7th January 2023.

Son of the late Patroba Omoro and the late Dorsilla Ogonda Omoro. Son-in-law to the late Masoud Ouya and the late mama Fatuma Akumu.

Beloved husband to Mama Asha Atieno Oluoch. Father to Sophie Omoro Mwangi, the late Mariam Fatuma Akoth, the late Musa Omondi Omoro, Richard Onyango Omoro and George Joseph Ochieng Omoro.

Grandfather to Daniella Wanjiku, Asha Akoth, Wellington Hawi, Mason Kamanzi Omoro and Zarina Ayodo Omoro.

Father-in-law to Edward Mwangi Kaharo, Phiona Sepuya and Ruth Adongo Odhiambo.

Nyawana to Elijah and Teresia Kaharo, Steven and the late Alice Odhiambo, the late Christopher Mwebe and Susan Kamanzi.

Brother to the late Jeremiah Omoro, Meshack Omoro, the late Mary Aran, Perez Olale, Jane Ombewa, the late Alice Mboga and Bether Kokach.

Brother-in-law to Abdul Okoth Masoud, Juma Masoud, Ishmael Masoud, Habida Anyango Oindo, Mwanaisha Ogire, Mwanaidi Masoud, Sura Masoud and Afiya Masoud.

Uncle to the Osewes, Anyangos, Arans, Olales, Ombewas, Kokachs, Mbogas, Gudas, Oyolas, Alandos and the Masoudi’s.

Cousin to the Monyes, Omwandas, Ombechs, Omolos and Amadhos. He was a great son of Ranalo Village and a friend to many.

Relatives and friends are condoling at Mzee’s residence from 5.00pm daily until Tuesday, 17th January 2023.

His memorial service will be held at St. Stephens Cathedral – Jogoo Road on Wednesday, 18th January 2023 at 1.00pm.
