MR. WILSON KIPKEMBOI KIPKOTI

It is with profound sadness, grief and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr.Wilson Kipkemboi Kipkoti, 71, on Tuesday 25th June 2024.

Wilson is survived by his loving wife Jane and children, the late Stella Jepkorir, Serah Hilda Jematiah, the late Judy Jebiwott, Steve Kibet and Sylvia Omino, and Arnold Kiprotich.

He was a cherished son of the late Mr. Kiptimbol arap Kogo Cheptum and the late Mrs.Toyoi Tapsarga Kiptimbol, and a dear brother of Evans Kapkiyai Kipkoti and Josephine Jemutai Kipkoti.

His uncles are the late Soti Kobot Kipkurgat (Nandi), Solomon Chemase Cheptum, Kipturmet Cheptum, Elizabeth Soti Tabarno, John Chemogoi Cheptum and the late Sir Joel Kiprono Kipkoti, all of whom belong to Kapcheptum family and Soti clan.

Wilson was an in-law of the late Mr. Joseph & Priscilla Kipsanai, the late Mr. Elijah & Rachel Cherono, Mr. John and Irene Rono, and the late Ms. Milcah Cherono.

Wilson was an uncle of Anita Jeptanui, Beverley Jelagat, David Kiprotich, Dan Kipchirchir, Diana Jebet, Joyce Jepkemboi, Ezekiel Kipkosgei, and Mercy Jerono; Austin Kiptoo, Gilbert Kemboi, Lydia Jerop and Dennis Kiplagat amongst others.

Mr. Kipkoti was also an uncle of Kenneth, Leonard, Lucy, the late Kipkoech, Carol, Charles, and the late Collins; Jeruto, Daniel, Jepchumba, Kipkogei and Jepkemoi; Jebet, Kiprotich, Jelagat, Jelimo and Jepkorir; Patrick and Roy.

Funeral and condoling/prayer meetings are currently ongoing at The Nairobi Club from 05:30PM, on Tuesday 2nd July and Wednesday 3rd July 2024.

A funeral service is scheduled for Tomorrow at the CITAM Valley Road Church in Nairobi from 10:00AM to 12:00PM.

A second funeral service is scheduled for Saturday 6th July 2024 at the Seyoi Primary School in Sergoit, Eldoret in Elgeyo Market County from 10:00AM.

A private burial ceremony for the immediate family shall be held thereafter at their Lally Farm home in Sergoit, Eldoret, Elgeyo Marakwet County.
